Hero Selection Optimization

1. Appearance

Heroes in Faraland are individually unique.

In Faraland, NFT Heroes do not only make profits for users but also have a great collectible value. An NFT Hero has a limited quantity and is non-renewable. Players have to buy heroes from others, which makes the hero trading on Faraland’s marketplace very active.

No one can tamper with the Hero appearance as they are randomly generated from an immutable Smart Contract. Each hero is made up of 4 to 6 random body parts with a different rarity. So, a hero with a harmonious, gorgeous appearance can be considered a true gem. These “better good-looking” heroes tend to have higher liquidity compared to normal ones.

2. Stats

Hero’s stats directly influence the hero’s Strength and Value. As we know, heroes with higher total stats usually cost more. There is one aspect that is often neglected: Each race needs key stats that are properly distributed and suitable for a role in the game. For example, a hero with normal total stats can be as valuable as a hero with higher total stats but not distributed properly.

These are the stats of a Human hero, with more Strength and Agility stats than other aspects. Although it only has a total of 36 index, players can build this Hero focusing on physical damage and not waste points on Intelligence.

This Hero Human has 38 Stats but they are spreading out. So whether you build according to physics or magic, there are not many optimal ways to build. Besides, the higher total stats a Hero has, the more expensive the Hero is.

Tips: When you decide to buy a Hero, you should determine their own play style and build the team they want, so they can buy the suitable hero. If you know this, you can probably hunt heroes at a good price.

3. Body parts

Each Hero is made up of a maximum of 6 body parts and each body part is randomly sorted by rarity:

Common – Uncommon – Rare – Epic – Legendary – Mythical\

Common Heroes will have 4 basic body parts: Hair, Eyes, Mouth and Skin Color. Some heroes with higher rarity can have 2 additional body parts, scars and tattoos.Heroes with more body parts will have higher base stats, they have more chances to get special missions in the game. The career system in the game will also be related to the character’s Body part. Therefore, you should prioritize choosing heroes with more body parts and higher rarity.

Heroes who own a body part with the rarity of Legendary and Mythical will have more special abilities than normal heroes. They can learn special skills or even separate hidden skills that correspond to each body part.

Note: The Mythical rarity body part is only available on Human and Orc heroes. The highest rarity of Elf and Fairy heroes is Legendary. The highest rarity of Dragon, Angel and Demon races is Epic.

4. Element

The Hero’s element system will affect your gameplay strategy, so you need to choose your line-up carefully. Besides PvP, you will also need a variety of heroes in PvE mode. As it’s a long journey and you will encounter all kinds of monsters. The more heroes you own, the less energy it will take to return and recover from battles.
