2. Demi Hero Summoning, Activation and Sacrifice Features

SUMMONING

Demi Heroes are summoned on the Web interface of Faraland.

In order to summon a Demi Hero, the player needs 3 $FARA and 36 Soul Stones.

The newly summoned Demi Hero will start with Level 1 and have its Race and Stats fully displayed. However, they will remain in an inactive condition until players activate them.

SACRIFICE

In case users are not satisfied with the newly summoned Demi Hero, they can “sacrifice” that demi hero to gain back 50% of the used Soul Stones (meaning 18 Soul Stones will be refunded).

Note: Only Inactive Demi Heroes can be sacrificed.

ACTIVATION

When a Demi Hero is summoned, it will remain in an inactive state and has no lifespan, meaning that their life clock will not be counted yet. Inactive demi heroes can not be equipped with items.

The player needs to activate the Demi Hero to start playing, note that Demi Hero activation will not cost any Soul Stone.

Once the Demi Heroes is activated, their 7 days lifespan clock will start counting. After the first 7 days, Demi Heroes must consume Soul Stones to remain alive. The amount of required Soul Stone will start at 7 and increase by 7 units after each use. Demi Heroes will have 7 more days to live after each use of Soul Stones.

After the first 7 days, Demi Hero must consume more Soul Stone to remain alive.

The first use requires 7 Soul Stone, Demi heroes will continue to live for another 7 days

The second use requires 14 Soul Stone, Demi heroes will continue to live for another 7 days

The third use requires 21 Soul Stone, Demi heroes will continue to live for another 7 days

… and so on.

Note: There is no limit for the number of times you can use Soul Stone to expand Demi Heroes life.

Players can extend the lifespan of Demi Heroes at any time. At the end of their lifespan, Demi Heroes will revert to the Deactive state and become unusable. If Demi Heroes in the deactivated state use Soul Stone, their lifetime will be counted from the time of its deactivation plus 7 days.

For example:

At the end of their lifespan, if a Demi Hero stops using Soul Stones to expand their life, their status will be changed to deactivate.

Five days later, users use Soul Stone to increase the Demi Hero lifespan

The additional lifespan will be counted from when Demi Heroes got deactivated, which is 7 – 5 = 2 days additional lifespan

Note: The longer Demi Heroes stays in the deactivated state, the more Soul Stones it will cost to reactivate
